Mike Grigg, AARE - Chief Auctioneer
Mike graduated from the prestigious "World Champion College of Auctioneers." He has participated in charity and real estate auctions and handles agent/broker relations for Elite Auctions, a California-based real estate auction company. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Mike serves as Past President and current Board Member for the California State Auctioneers Association (CSAA). He has been designated AARE, which means he is an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate appointed by the National Auctioneers Association.
Mike has called a variety of real estate auctions in California and knows what it takes to get the buyers to competitively bid and drive the prices up. He has also called charity auctions for the Make a Wish Foundation of the Central Valley. Mike is one of the 2004 California State Auctioneers Association Bid Calling Champions and was crowned the 2009 California State Auctioneer Champion. Mike began his career in the auction business in 2002 and believes that auctions are the purest form of price realization. Learning real estate exclusively through the auction method is an advantage to potential clients and makes Mike one of the leading auction experts in California. His recent accomplishments include a three-day prop, costume, and set piece auction for NBC Universal's hit show, Battlestar Galactica presented by Propworx where almost 1,000 lots were sold, and the Official Iron Man Prop and Costume Auction in Chicago.

Rick Werner - Ringman / Auction Coordinator / Agent
Rick's professional career includes over 25 years of executive level sales and managment experience. He has an innate ability to think "outside the box" and is well known in the industry as "the guy that can make it happen". He works directly with Elite Auctions as an Auction Coordinator and Agent. Rick received his Ringman training from two of the very best; Connie Waddell, Elite Auctions co-founder, PRI graduate and Shannon Mays. Shannon is a lead instructor with the Professional Ringmens Institute in Rogerville, Missouri.
Rick has a genuine passion for the auction business. He specializes in Benefit and Real Estate auctions. He has the ability to put people at ease, is an excellent instructor and an effective communicator. Rick brings a contagious energy level and a sense of humor to every event. He takes the initiative to ensure your guests are comfortable and having a great time. Rick has worked with the best Auctioneers in the business; Tommy Williams, Mike Grigg, Bill Menish. Rick is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the National Association of Realtors, and serves on the Board of Directors for the California State Auctioneers Association. Rick and his wife Monte Jean reside with their daughter Journey in Anaheim Hills, California.
